When you take out our two-year managed service on a monthly payment plan, you get the following:

  • Full installation - An c2ke security specialist will then configure and install your McAfee system for you. This prevents viruses, worms and malicious code from damaging your PCs and servers.
  • 24/7 Security monitoring - During the next two years, our security and network engineers will monitor your security 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  We will ensure your security is always fully functioning and latest updates have been instantly applied.
  • Monthly reporting - Every month we send you a report showing the intrusion attempts and viruses that were blocked, and provide statistics of your web access, email and instant messaging activity. 
  • Six-monthly security reviews - Every six months we will prepare a summary security report and c2ke's account manager will contact you to arrange a review, discussing service progress, new threats on the horizon and any changes to your security requirements.
